It’s now official: Nintendo announced the Nintendo Switch 2, coming in 2025. Boasting a series of essential hardware improvements and new features, this is an upgraded version of their quite successful console.
Processor
Under the hood, the Switch 2 is rumored to be powered by an Nvidia custom Tegra T239 processor, which would give it the processing oomph to bring graphics and gameplay that are comparable to last-gen consoles like the PS4 and Xbox One.
Storage and Memory
It is believed that the console has 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of built-in UFS 3.1 storage. Besides this, expandable storage by microSD Express cards is there that offers greater read speeds and higher storage capacities, letting the user house lots of games and applications as they want.
